Biography:
Courtney Miller is a Senior Associate Attorney and she specializes in civil litigation. Her practice is primarily focused on premises liability and personal injury defense. Courtney advocates for clients in various industries, handling disputes related to premises liability, bodily injury, and product liability claims. She has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
Courtney has prior experience in regulatory compliance, legislative affairs, and plaintiff-side personal injury litigation through her internships with the Title IX compliance office at a major public university, the Florida Press Association as a legislative assistant, and a prominent personal injury firm.
Courtney earned her J.D. from Florida State University and is an active member of the Florida Bar and The Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. She earned her undergraduate degree and master’s degree from Georgia Southern University. During graduate school, Courtney received the John F. Nolan Jr. Hall of Leaders Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership. Courtney is engaged in the Orlando community where she volunteers with various religious and charitable organizations.
