Biography:
Ms. Rodriguez is a Senior Associate focusing primarily on the area of construction litigation. She has extensive litigation experience, specifically insurance litigation, on both plaintiff and defense sides. Ms. Rodriguez previously worked in the areas of first party property and personal injury law, often taking cases from inception to trial.
During law school, Ms. Rodriguez was an Advocate in Barry University’s Moot Court Honors Board. She also participated in the Environmental and Earth Law Clinic as a Legal Intern, was an Earth Law & Policy Fellow at the Center for Earth Jurisprudence, and ultimately earned an Honors Certificate in Environmental Law, Justice, and Jurisprudence.
