Jessica R. Creegan

Mrs. Creegan’s practice is focused on construction and insurance litigation.  In the construction aspect of her practice, Mrs. Creegan specializes in representing parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.   Her experience in this arena includes property damage and remediation claims, mechanic’s lien disputes, payment bond claims, schedule and delay related claims as well as contract preparation, negotiation, and disputes.   As for the insurance litigation portion of Mrs. Creegan’s practice, she specializes in first party claims, third party claims, coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.   

While in law school, Mrs. Creegan served as the Research and Writing Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review, and received the Florida Coastal Law Review Best Editor Award.  Also, she was a member of the Florida Coastal Mock Trial Team and named the Top Prosecutor in the 2009 Internal Competition.  In addition, she served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.  After law school, Mrs. Creegan served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State of Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
