Biography: While in law school, Mr. Fulford clerked with the Honorable Walter J. Komanski in Orange County , Florida . During his clerkship, Mr. Fulford gained vast experience in multiple areas of the law. After law school Mr. Fulford ultimately focused his efforts toward the field of Construction Litigation.

In his practice, Mr. Fulford specializes in representing parties involved in all facets of the construction process including the design and construction of many types of projects throughout Florida and the United States . Mr. Fulford has represented clients involved in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Mr. Fulford has vast experience in this arena which includes mechanic's lien disputes, property damage and remediation claims, schedule and delay related claims and design professional errors and omissions claims. Mr. Fulford has also worked extensively in the area of contractual preparation, revision, negotiation, and disputes.

Mr. Fulford has also lectured on Florida 's lien laws, contract interpretation and revision and other areas of construction law to associations, private companies as well as the Florida Association of Electrical Contractors.
