Biography:
Ms. Katz focuses her practice on the areas of construction law and personal injury litigation. She has experience litigating, mediating, and arbitrating a variety of construction defect and design disputes, personal injury claims (auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability), and contract disputes.
Ms. Katz graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016. She attended law school at the Florida State University College of Law and obtained her J.D. in 2019. In law school, Ms. Katz was a member of the Women’s Law Symposium, Student Bar Association, and International Law Students Association. She was also a staff editor for the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and Business Review and served the school as a Student Admissions Ambassador and New Student Mentor.
