Biography:
Mr. Sharon's practice is primarily devoted to construction litigation. His practice also includes contract preparation, review, and negotiation and advising clients regarding other pre-litigation matters including contract performance, compliance, and enforcement. Mr. Sharon has assisted construction industry clients with a variety of litigation matters in the State of Florida and throughout the United States, ranging from lien preparation and enforcement, bond claims, collection remedies, professional errors and omissions claims, material and construction defect claims, time and cost impact claims, and bid protest claims.
While in law school at the University of Florida, Mr. Sharon served as a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team and competed at both the state and national levels. Mr. Sharon also served as a member of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. During his legal studies, Mr. Sharon received a Book Award in Appellate Advocacy. Early in his legal career, Mr. Sharon served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
