Biography: Mr. Snelson was been recognized as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers magazine in the publication's 2010 edition. He has experience representing parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Mr. Snelson's experience in this arena includes mechanic's lien disputes, payment bond claims, design professional errors and omissions claims, schedule and delay related claims, and property damage and remediation claims, as well as contract preparation, negotiation, and disputes. Mr. Snelson's experiences have allowed him to become familiar with the technical aspects of the design and construction of a wide array of projects throughout Florida and the United States.
