Mr. Graf joined Wright, Fulford, Moorhead & Brown in 2006. His practice includes all aspects of commercial litiation with a primary emphasis in the defense and prosecution of complex construction and design claims involving both public and private projects throughout the United States. His practice includes all facets of construction law, including representation of contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, sureties, and others in both state and federal court. Mr. Graf has experience in a wide range of construction disputes ranging from lien foreclosures, payment and performance bonds, condominium construction, DBPR complaints, design and construction defects, professional errors and omissions, contract disputes, personal injury matters, changed conditions, extra work, and complex scheduling issues including: delays, disruptions, accelerations, inefficiency, and lost labor productivity. Additionally, Mr. Graf assists the firm's clients in a broad range of other commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Graf received his B.A. degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. He obtained his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Client Skills Team and competed in negotiation competitions at both state and national levels. Prior to attending law school, he gained practical experience in the construction industry, having worked as a supervisor/foreman for a construction company in the New Orleans area. Mr. Graf currently serves as a member of the City of Orlando 's Building & Fire Codes Board of Appeal.
