Biography: In his practice, Mr. Baird specializes in representing parties involved in the design and construction of a wide array of projects throughout Florida and the United States. Mr. Baird represents parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, developers, contractors and subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Mr. Baird's experience in this arena includes claims relating to design professional errors and omissions, construction defects, mechanic's liens, schedule and delay issues, property damage and remediation, groundwater contamination, asbestos abatement, mold and building envelope issues, Chinese drywall, and contractual preparation, negotiation, and disputes.
