Mr. Baird represents parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, developers, contractors and subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Mr. Baird's experience in this arena includes mechanic's lien disputes, design professional errors and omissions claims, schedule and delay related claims, property damage and remediation, and contractual preparation, negotiation, and disputes.
