Biography: Mr. Newman received his J.D. and M.B.A from Stetson University and received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from Elon University . While at Stetson, Mr. Newman was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He served as a Legislative Representative on the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Student Issues Committee. Mr. Newman earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, a Certificate of Leadership and the Book Award in Employment Law. Additionally, Mr. Newman served as a Legal Clerk for the Georgia Legal Services Program in Savannah , Georgia and as a Clerk for a Member of the House of Commons in London , United Kingdom . Mr. Newman's practice is concentrated in the area of construction litigation.
