Biography: In his practice, Mr. Moody represents parties involved in the design and construction of all types of construction projects. In over 5 years with the firm, Mr. Moody has represented architects, engineers, owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors, industrial and material suppliers, and manufacturers. Mr. Moody's experience in this arena includes mechanic's lien disputes, design professional errors and omissions claims, schedule related and delay claims, property damage and remediation, and contractual preparation, negotiation, and disputes.
In 2007, Mr. Moody lectured on Florida 's lien law to associations such as the Air Conditioning Contractors Association and the Florida Association of Electrical Contractors.
In law school, Mr. Moody sat as the University of Florida , College of Law 's student representative in the Gainesville area chapter of the Federal Bar Association and served as an extern for the Honorable Jerry Funk and the Honorable George Proctor in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
