Biography: While in law school, Mr. Bloor was an Executive Editor on the Virginia Tax Review and also a quarterfinalist in the William B. Spong Moot Court Competition.  In his final year of law school, he worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Virginia, Harrisonburg , Va , where he prepared appellate briefs and prosecuted petty offenses.  Mr. Bloor then served as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Kendall Sharp, Senior United States District Judge from 2009 to 2011 in the Middle District of Florida.
