Biography: Mr. Sahm received his J.D. from Syracuse University and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from James Madison University . He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law, and excelled as a member of the law school's Moot Court Honor Society where he was a finalist in the prestigious MacKenzie Lewis Appellate Advocacy Competition. Additionally, Mr. Sahm was inducted into the Justinian Honorary Law Society as a result of being ranked in the top 10% of his class. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Sahm obtained the Book Award in Civil Procedure and finished with a 3.53 GPA. Mr. Sahm's practice areas include mechanic's lien disputes; design professional errors and omissions claims; schedule related and delay claims; property damage and remediation; and contractual preparation, negotiation, and disputes.
